My investigation this year enables the following: how can the relationship to my physical surroundings be magnified into an appreciation for life’s subtleties?

In this piece, I translated an integral part of my culture into abstracted yet tangible, intertwined sculptures. I created modular embodiments of maté, yerba, bombilla, water, and the fifth element of community involved in cultural Argentinian maté.
