Here I created a unisex street pant, taking signifcant inspiration from nature’s aspect in a more urban manner. When beginning the preliminary sketching for this street-style pant, many big metropolis styles came to mind such as those found in Tokyo, New York, London, etc, which I used as a basis for the design facets. The overlapping strap-like parts of the piece represent a city’s intertwining, diverse nature, while coming together in a sleek, unified form. The unisex aspect makes this piece presentable to any type of person and body type and examines human nature as an interconnected entity, similar to a city’s foundational ideals. 2020.
